Program description: When you opt in, TrueNorth Direct will send you text messages related to your inquiry and our services, such as replies to questions you've asked, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about services you requested.

• How you opt in: by checking the text message consent box on our website booking survey, or by giving us your consent directly. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we won't send further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email hello@truenorthdirect.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: you must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission.
• Privacy: we don't share or sell your mobile number or text message opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
