• Scheduling: if you book a call through our calendar, the date, time, and contact details you provide are collected and processed by our scheduling provider, GoHighLevel, on our behalf.
• Direct contact: anything you send us by email (including hello@truenorthdirect.com) or reply to in a confirmation message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information — browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL — through standard server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools. This helps us understand how the site is used and fix problems.
