The problem outdoor living companies actually have
TWP builds pools, patios, and outdoor living spaces around Irving, Texas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Jobs like that don't close off a click. They close off a real conversation, usually more than one, with a homeowner who's about to spend five or six figures on their backyard. Most ad campaigns in this space are built to generate clicks and form fills, then leave the actual selling to a sales team that's already stretched thin chasing leads that go cold in a day.
That's the gap. Not enough leads, most of the time. Not enough leads that ever turn into a sit-down.
What we built instead
We run Meta Ads for TWP targeting homeowners in their service area who are actively in the market for outdoor living work, not just anyone who's ever saved a pool photo. But the ad is only step one. Three other pieces do the actual work of turning a click into a booked consultation:
- AI Speed-to-Lead. The moment someone fills out the form, they get a response, day or night. Speed is the single biggest lever in service business sales. A lead that waits an hour is a lead that's already called two competitors.
- Appointment setting. We don't hand TWP a spreadsheet of names and let their team figure out who's serious. Leads get qualified and booked directly onto the calendar.
- Lead reactivation. Every outdoor living company has a graveyard of old leads who said "not right now." We go back through that list on a schedule and bring the ones who are ready back into the pipeline.
None of these pieces would do much on their own. Together, they turn an ad click into a person sitting across the table from a designer.
The result
TWP is now getting 40+ qualified, booked consultations a month from this system, worth an estimated $100,000 to $200,000 in monthly revenue. That's not a lead count sitting in a spreadsheet. That's a calendar full of homeowners who already said yes to the conversation.
What this means if you run a similar business
If your business sells a big-ticket, considered purchase, outdoor living, roofing, remodeling, solar, whatever it is, more leads usually isn't the fix. The fix is closing the gap between someone clicking an ad and someone landing on your calendar. Ads get attention. Speed, qualification, and follow-up are what turn that attention into revenue.
